Permit Application

Prior to the submission of application to the relevant authority (RA) EES reviews all the drawings & reports to ensure

Project Management

Once the work commences on site, it is very important to ensure that the project meets its deadline with pre estimated time and budget without compromising its quality. Our project management team provides a wide range of services for our client from day one to handover.

  • Monitor Site preparation.

  • Regular checking of all the materials and its specification on site to ensure they are as per endorsed work drawing.

  • Making sure all the measurements are as per the endorsed work drawings.

  • Making sure all the Finished Floor Levels (FFL)

  • Fortnightly meeting between Client, Builder and EES for the project update.

  • Daily Site visit to ensure work is in progress.

  • Making sure the project is as per the schedule or not.

  • Making sure OH&S followed by all the workers on site.
